This one for allegedly falsifying records. Navy Department female commanders are having as bad a spring as the Red Sox. Both on 3-in-a-row losing streaks.

In other Navy news, the Naval Academy's starting quarterback last season resigned. The Annapolis paper says it was because of an alleged honor violation. Couldn't wait until he made 0-6?
