I know it's off topic, but, my uncle was an Army platoon sergeant in Europe. His command used him to call out to the civilians in Germany that the Americans would not rape and would treat the people and POWs with respect. He would always call out to the older women in the German cities by calling them "mother." He would address them, knowing that everyone would hear what he was saying through the loud speaker.

My first reaction to the clip was to laugh so hard my ribs hurt-yep thats how big human institutions work and worker/soldier cynicism about the "bosses" is grounded in hard facts of the job.
