Book touring in the Great Northwest

This week I am on the last major leg of my book tour. I'll be speaking:

--In Portland, Oregon, on Tuesday, April 7, at 7:00 at Lewis and Clark College.

--In Portland on Wednesday at 7:30 at Powell's wonderful bookstore, which my family once made a summer vacation destination.

--In Seattle on Thursday at the main public library at 7 pm.

I'll also be doing a bunch of radio interviews and some non-public talks.

Mr. Ricks,

By chance will you be travelling to the UK to promote "The Gamble"? I read and thoroughly enjoyed the book and would be quite interested to attend one of your talks on the book, and Iraq more generally.

No plans right now for the UK

But I would like to get over there. My wife lived in London and Liverpool for 7 years, and London is her favorite city in the world. (Mine is Rome.)
